Wayne Wire is seeking a Sales and Marketing Support Specialist to join our team at our Northwest Michigan headquarters!! You will support our field sales team to help resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue.

Summary
We are seeking a Sales and Marketing Support Specialist to join our team! You will support our field sales team to help resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Present, market and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
- Prospect and contact potential customers
- Reach agreed upon new sales targets
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns
- Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
- Develop a deep understanding of our processes and capabilities
- Educate and train our field sales representatives
- Help identify new markets we can support
- Perform market studies
- Create sales and marketing material to present to customers
- Update and maintain our web site
- Distribute marketing materials to new potential customers around the world
- Provide assistance as needed to quoting, procurement, and customer service
- Travel to our sites as needed
- Travel to support field sales as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
- Familiarity with CRM platforms
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
