Join the Le Peep team in Florida as our next Friendly Morning Server and kickstart your day with energy and smiles! We are looking for individuals with a warm and welcoming demeanor, a passion for hospitality, and a knack for working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. As a morning server, you'll have the unique opportunity to brighten our guests' mornings with exceptional service, delicious meals, and, of course, our signature coffee—on the house for you every shift!
Responsibilities:
- Serve food and beverages to guests
- Explain to guests about menu items
- Clean and prepare the dining areas
- Greet and make all guests feel welcome at the restaurant
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely fashion
- Perform other restaurant duties as assigned
- Ensure table settings are presentable and in accordance with Le Peep's standards
- Collaborate with kitchen staff
- Process payments
- Participate in training and development opportunities
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, food service, or other related fields
- Proven track record of handling customer service issues effectively, ensuring guest satisfaction while adhering to company policies.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems, cash handling, and basic financial transactions.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously without compromising service quality.
- Knowledge of basic food and beverage safety and hygiene standards to ensure a clean and healthy dining environment.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays, to meet the needs of the restaurant.
- Team player attitude with a willingness to support other staff members during peak periods or when additional help is needed.
- Ability to build rapport with guests
