Sales Representative

As a Superior Manufacturing Sales Representative your mission will be to perfect your consultative selling approach and develop enduring relationships with clients – with no cap on commission.

You’ll hunt for new clients in the world of facilities maintenance, offering the highest quality products, expert knowledge, and unsurpassed customer service for their maintenance, repair, and operational needs. We’ll support you with on-the-job training so that you can land and expand new accounts with all the confidence of a true solutions consultant. We are expanding our verticals and there are untapped markets with immediate growth potential.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Create new opportunities and win their business through a mixture of cold call, site visits, and relationship nurturing.
• Design special solution packages; product sales; volume discount pricing within guidelines
• Support and grow existing accounts by maintaining contact with them, resolving any product issues that may arise, and educating them on new products or special offers.
• Continuously broaden your knowledge of facilities’ challenges, Superior’s product offerings, and news in your target industries.
• Relay ideas for new or modified products to management for consideration by the research and development team.

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of sales experience, preferably in a capacity related to facilities maintenance, repair, safety, and operations
• Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to connect with others both virtually and in-person.
• Ability to understand and retain product knowledge.
• Extremely responsive, highly accountable, and solution focused when interacting with clients and staff
• Must have the ability to use internal order processing software and Microsoft Outlook programs.
• Requires the possession of persistence; ability to be successful with very limited supervision; self-motivated; self-confidence; organizational skills; creativity.
• Strong Closer.
• Sales experience.
