Job DescriptionCompany Description
We are seeking a Spanish speaking, Registered Behavior Technitian (RBT) to join our team!
Position starts at 10 to 20 hours per week after 3:30pm
Responsibilities:
- Implement individual treatment plans
- Establish treatment goals and milestones with clients
- Provides direct one-on-one behavioral interventions to teach communication, social, and daily living skills
- Reduce problematic behaviors in home, community, and school setting
Qualifications:
- Must be RBT certified a MUST! *(Candidates with out this will NOT be considered)
- Spanish speaker a MUST!
- Previous experience in ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis)
- Experience in conflict resolution
- Compassionate and caring demeanor
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in patient's home
- Own transportation
