JOB SUMMARY

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for aiding customers and employees with any difficulties that may arise during installations and services. This role is responsible for maintaining a consistent workflow by problem-solving and answering any questions.  

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1.    Provide support for employees using UIC software by being the first line of defense for any workflow questions and/or issues. 

2.    Deliver exceptional training by helping to develop and deliver standard operating procedures within software products throughout the entire UIC platform.

3.    Oversee the Unique software support email for all things related to ServiceTitan, Intacct or other software applications. 

4.    Be the key communication regarding software between branches and Software Implementation Manager.

5.    Mentor and serve as a resource for all things related to software use.

6.    Work with Software support manager and VP of Integration to design and implement additional software modules and add-ons to support continuous growth, training, and expansion of software programs. 

7.    Help to identify gaps in use of software for operating companies and develop project plan to bring software use to optimal status. 

8.    Work with software champions and other key personnel at each operating company to monitor progress with project plans and to help with any issues/challenges that arise. 

9.    Keep software champions and key employees apprised of any upcoming releases, changes or known issues within software programs. 

10.    Service as a source of escalation when issues within software are resolved in a timely fashion.

11.    Complete special projects and perform other job duties as assigned.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

    High school diploma or equivalent.

    Prior work experience required/preferred.

    Prior technical experience required/preferred.

    Able to pass a drug screening and background check (random testing may occur)

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
