Quality Control - Full-time / Part-time

Penmac Staffing in Owensville is hiring a Quality Control Inspector to join a local manufacturing team here in Owensville, Mo. The Quality Control Inspector performs in-process and final inspection of assemblies and sub-assemblies. 

Days: Monday-Friday; overtime Saturdays, as needed 

Pay: $15-$19 depending on experience 

Responsibilities:  

Ensures manufactured products conform to customer’s expectations & requirements  

Performs inspections, checks, & tests for quality control in the manufacturing of products, including:  

In-coming materials used in production  

Manufactured assemblies & sub-assemblies  

Qualifications:  

Ability to work & communicate in a professional manner in a manufacturing environment and across multiple departments and areas.

Ability to read & interpret drawings and test instructions 

Ability to use & understand various gages during inspections  

Ability to track and progress with several projects  

Experience with Q/C tools, including:  

• Calipers  

• Pin Gages  

• Measuring Equipment  

Competent in Microsoft Office Suites  

Competent in Digital Picture Manipulation  

Knowledge of commonly used practices & procedures
