Sales Executive (VIP) - Now Hiring

• Survey toured guests about their thoughts with regard to our product and sell the VIP program to generate vacation ownership sales.
• Use presentation skills to present, educate and sell the VIP Program to potential buyers.
• Continuously improve product knowledge in order to enhance selling skills and effectively answer questions during the sales process.
• Our sales task is to sell the prospect on the features and benefits that ownership and access to the Hilton Grand Vacation Club will afford them.
• Present a professional sales representation of our products and services and meets and/or exceeds company and personal sales goals of the assigned market.
• Represent the product in the highest degree of professionalism and integrity. Ensures proper business etiquette and responsibilities of the position are maintained at all times.
• Able to work both individually and on a team of Sales professionals to achieve goals
• Provide accurate information and communication to all managers.

• High School Diploma
• 2+ years of direct sales experience preferably in consumer sales
• Demonstrated success in the sale of luxury-tier goods or services
• Excellent interpersonal and guest relations skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays
