Job Details

1. Creating and implementing innovative tool designs using CAD software.
2. Collaborating with the manufacturing team to ensure designs meet production requirements.
3. Conducting detailed analysis of tool designs to optimize performance and efficiency.
4. Developing and maintaining technical documentation related to tool design and specifications.
5. Participating in cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing processes.
6. Providing technical support to the production team, troubleshooting any issues related to tool design.
7. Keeping abreast of latest advancements in tool design technology and integrating them into our processes.
8. Ensuring all tool designs comply with safety regulations and quality standards.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

1. An Associate Degree in Engineering or a related field.
2. A minimum of 3+ years of experience in tool design in the manufacturing industry.
3. Proficiency in CAD software.
4. A solid understanding of manufacturing processes and production methodologies.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
7. The ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
8. A commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
9. A keen attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
