Associate with Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC in Salt Lake City, Utah. Engage in the design and implementation of solutions to influence and drive the team to deliver complex projects. Work with Agile methodologies and governance tools to ensure the implementations of strategic cross divisional initiatives are delivered on time, on budget, and are high quality. Requires: Bachelor’s degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related analytical field and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or in a related role. Prior experience must include two (2) years of experience with: performing business analysis and process analysis for operations and engineering related workflow, goals and metrics; working with project scope definition, identifying cross functional project issues, challenges, risks, status reporting and User Acceptance Test execution; scoping and driving the timely and on-budget delivery of strategic projects (including operations and technology related initiatives) in a cross functional team setting; working with non-Scrum flavors of Agile, such as Kanban and Lean; using facilitation skills to perform data gathering, analysis and design efforts; and interacting and building relationships with senior management and global stakeholders.
