Seeking an experienced Biophysical Characterization Scientist to develop, qualify, validate, and perform technical transfer of biophysical test methods for peptide & protein conjugate products. Utilize High Performance Liquid Chromatography, Mass Spectrometry, and similar methods. Responsibilities: *** Perform method development for characterization, primary structure characterization, post-translational modification, and peptide mapping. *** Conduct method qualification and validation activities. Prepare and review method protocols and standard operating procedures. *** Lead sample analysis for biosimilar development and stability studies, similarity assessment, and forced degradation studies. *** Develop and execute assays and platforms in support of similarity assessments. *** Mentor lab technicians and junior scientists. Position requires 2+ years experience with Antibody, Protein, or similar entity characterization; Analytical Method Development, Qualification, & Validation; Biosimilar Development, or similar.
