Office Support Specialist Job Responsibilities:
Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately; notifies company personnel of visitor arrival; maintains security and telecommunications system.
Office Support Specialist Job Duties:
Excellent Telephone Skills
Proficient in MS Word
Typing 45+wpm
High School Diploma
1 to 3 years of office experience.
Pay for this position is $24.22/hr and is a long temporary job opportunity. Monday-Friday 8-5pm.
