As we continue to expand and operate across multiple sites, we are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Multi-Site Payroll Clerk to join our team.
Job Description: We are looking for a skilled Multi-Site Payroll Clerk who will be responsible for processing payroll for employees across multiple sites and ensuring accurate and timely payment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of payroll procedures, basic accounting principles, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Process payroll for employees across multiple sites accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
  2. Verify timekeeping records and attendance of employees to ensure accuracy in payroll processing.
  3. Calculate wages, deductions, and overtime accurately based on provided information.
  4. Address payroll-related queries and concerns from employees in a timely and professional manner.
  5. Prepare and maintain payroll reports, records, and documentation for auditing purposes.
  6. Collaborate with HR and finance departments to ensure accurate employee data and seamless payroll processing.
  7. Assist in basic accounting tasks such as reconciling payroll accounts and preparing financial reports as needed.
  8. Stay updated on changes in payroll regulations and compliance requirements to ensure adherence to relevant laws and regulations.
  9. Contribute to process improvements and efficiency enhancements in payroll procedures.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a payroll clerk or in a similar role, preferably with multi-site payroll processing experience.
  • Solid understanding of payroll principles, regulations, and procedures.
  • Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office applications, especially Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with employees and colleagues.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
This position is salaried, excellent benefits (medical, dental, vision, life, 401k, PTO, holidays, etc).

Pay Details: $50,000.00 to $60,000.00 per year
