About the Position:
ProCare Therapy is seekingdedicated individuals to join our team as School Paraprofessionals. As aParaprofessional,you willplay a critical role in supporting our teachers and students in the classroom. You will provide a variety of assistance, including:
- Working with individual students to provide individualized instruction and support
- Assisting teachers with classroom management and behavior intervention
- Assist in managing and addressing challenging behaviors, implementing strategies outlined in a student's Individualized Education Program (IEP) or behavior plan.
- Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students
- May be responsible for tracking and recording student progress, behavior, and other relevant information.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma.
- Able to pass a background check anddrug test.
