Who you are
- Marketing Experience: Whether you've been on the marketing side or experienced it as a user, your familiarity with Google SEM, YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, TV, Display ads, etc. is highly valued.
- Analytical Skills: Demonstrate proficiency in framing goals, data gathering, logical reasoning, root cause diagnosis, and drawing meaningful conclusions.
- Positive and Empowered Attitude: Thrive in a high-growth, entrepreneurial, and ambiguous environment where your contribution truly matters.
- Communication Skills: Showcase excellent oral and written communication skills, adapting your style to different audiences. Slack emojis and clever puns are embraced. you'll have the chance to interact with the CEO directly.
- Technical Proficiency: The ability to learn SQL, ChatGPT, Business Intelligence charts, and Excel. Python is a bonus.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree with a stellar academic record, preferably in Economics, Business, Math, Statistics, or a similar quantitative concentration.
- Location: Based in Cambridge, MA, this role offers a blend of in-office collaboration (3 days a week) for those who enjoy face-to-face interactions.
