Job Title: Learning Management Manager [PMP Certification Must Have]
Duration: 08 Months

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our team.
In this role, you will manage the implementation of cloud hosted learner experience platform (LxP) and support subject matter experts in the implementation of their Learning and Development projects, e.g., overseeing the development of a career framework, workforce program implementations, and onboarding processes across our IT organization. The successful candidate will have excellent project management skills, a strong understanding of learning and development principles, and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead the implementation and rollout of a learner experience platform:
a. Develop and execute a project plan, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables
b. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives
c. Oversee the configuration and customization of the learner experience platform to meet the organization's needs through partnership and management of the LxP vendor
d. Provide guidance and support to stakeholders throughout the implementation process
e. Conduct ongoing monitoring and evaluation to measure the effectiveness of the implementation
f. Partner with Organizational Change Management lead to integrate change activities and adoption monitoring into project schedule
2. Support Subject Matter Expert (SME) with Learning & Development project implementations:
a. Co-create project plans and identify project management support needs early in the implementation process
b. Monitor project risks and issues working with the SME to determine appropriate paths for escalation and resolution
c. Monitor and report project progress to the People Strategy Program Team
d. Conduct retrospectives, or lessons learned, as milestones are achieved to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree.
2. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
3. Proven experience as a Learning and Development Project Manager or in a similar role.
4. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously using Jira.
5. In-depth knowledge of learning and development principles, methodologies, and best practices.
6. Familiarity with learner experience platforms and their implementation.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively
with stakeholders at all levels.
8. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
9. Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
10. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
