GCSolutions - Transactions Team (Hours Worked Only)

Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP is seeking experienced attorneys to join the Transactions Team of GCSolutions. GCSolutions is an alternative legal service provider that offers clients cost-effective services staffed by highly qualified attorneys.

Candidates will have primary experience with general corporate and commercial contract law. The ideal candidate will have firm and/or in-house counsel experience handling corporate and transactional matters. Additional areas of interest include corporate governance matters, mergers & acquisitions, real estate and securities law (1933 and 1934 Act matters). Ideal candidates will have at least eight (8) years of experience. This position is open to any office locations.

Candidates with experience in trademarks, SAAS Agreements/licensing agreements, or data privacy will also be considered.

Candidates who are fluent in Japanese or Spanish are highly sought.

Candidates must be licensed in the jurisdiction in which they will practice. Candidates must have excellent law school and undergraduate academic credentials as well as strong writing and analytical skills. Compensation: This position is paid based on hours worked only with an hourly rate of pay of $40/hour - $50/hour.
