Licensed Practical Nurse

Job Summary

Care Runners Home Care Services, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Practial Nurse (LPN) to join our remote team. The Licensed Practical Nurse will be responsible for providing skilled nursing services to our clients in their homes. This is a full-time, individual contributor role with a compensation package of $45 to $65 per day, paid bi-weekly.

Responsibilities
• Assess client condition and follow up on any care plan recommendations from the physician
• Administer medications as prescribed by the client’s physician
• Document client care in accordance with the standards of the state RN Board
• Provide supportive companionship and function as a link between the patient/family and medical professionals
• Record vital signs and other requested data
• Educate clients and their families about medical routines
• Coordinate home health care services for our clients

Requirements
• Must have a valid State LPN License
• Must have at least 1 year of experience in providing nursing services
• Ability to lift, turn, and transfer clients
• Outstanding assessment capabilities & knowledge of preventive care
• Proficiency in medical terminology
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Highly flexible and adaptive in a home care setting
