As a Master Service Technician, your responsibilities will include:
- Efficiently perform work specified on the repair order and diagnose and repair vehicle automotive systems.
- Test-drive vehicles and use diagnostic tools to identify issues.
- Communicate with Service Advisors to inform customers about additional service needs.
- Execute warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications.
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- 2+ years of Service Technician experience preferred
- B-level qualifications, including Diagnostic, Electrical, and Engine Repair skills
- Dexterity, excellent hand-eye coordination
- Mechanical and troubleshooting skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Basic computer competencies
- Positive, friendly attitude with a customer service mentality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively with others
- Willingness to learn new technology, repair and service procedures
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Willingness to submit to pre-employment drug screening and background checks
