Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patient conditions and develop specialized treatment plans to promote recovery and independence.
• Communicate patient progress or challenges to supervisors and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members.
• Document patient care in compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment, including equipment upkeep.
• Participate in marketing efforts, team conferences, and in-services as needed.

Must-Haves:

1. Active Arizona OT License.
2. Experience in acute inpatient rehabilitation.
3. Openness to working with new graduates.

Requirements:

• Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Minimum of six months occupational therapy experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
