Building Maintenance Technician (Temp-to-Perm)

The Manufacturing Team of Chemtek Yanceyville needs help. If you are not afraid of hard work and willing to get your hands dirty, this is a great place to learn a trade. You will be the helping hand, working alongside our experienced maintenance professionals with all aspects of building and facilities maintenance. Working with plumbing, electrical, roofing, painting and grounds will round out a busy week. You should enjoy fixing things and operating equipment, organizing your work and being part of a fun-loving team.

What you'll be doing:

· Helping our Maintenance Manager with: Installation and Repair of motors, pumps, piping and wiring

· Grounds Maintenance – Mowing, Trimming, Tractor Work

What you need:

· Starter Position

· Experience with any trade such as electrical, plumbing, carpentry is a Plus

· The ability to lift 60 Pounds

· Verifiable Work Record

· Ability to Follow Directions

· HS Education or GED
