Position:

PleasureLand RV Center is currently looking for a part time Parts Specialist/Customer Walk Through. We are looking for someone who is looking to help our organization continue to prosper and grow. The Parts Specialist part of this role provides all around outstanding customer service to both service technicians and customers at the parts and service counter with their parts and service needs while maintaining inventory and ordering of parts. The Customer Walk through part of this role serves as the liaison between sales and service, ensuring that every customer purchasing an RV from us has a fun and educational buying experience and is well-educated in all functions of their new RV.


Essential Job Functions:

  • Provide a positive and informational parts and service experience for our customers.
  • Work with our Service Technicians to get them the parts needed to successfully keep the service process moving with each unit.
  • Build and maintain a professional and long-lasting relationship with vendors and manufacturers that we order our parts through.
  • Ensure customers understand how to properly use and maintain their camper so they feel safe and confident when they take it out on their own.
  • Recommend products that will enhance customers’ camping experiences.
  • Build a professional relationship with customers based on honesty, integrity, and industry leading product knowledge. Your goal is to be their main contact when it comes to their parts and service needs.
  • Willingness to continually expand product knowledge through in house and factory training programs
  • Perform duties as assigned by manager

Skills and Qualifications:

  • RV experience and knowledge helpful
  • Strong customer service skills both in person and via phone
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of the company, from customers to management
  • Ability to work efficiently on a Computer and with the Internet
  • Must be self-motivated
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Respectful of co-workers
  • Positive attitude and honest
  • Goal Oriented
  • Well organized
