Porter/Groundskeeper

As the Porter/Groundskeeper, you will play a vital role in ensuring the overall cleanliness and curb appeal of the community, including grounds, amenities, building exteriors, and common areas. Duties: Your responsibilities as a Porter/Groundskeeper will include, but are not limited to:

• Maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the community in line with established standards.
• Conducting power washing of building exteriors, breezeways, leasing office, pools, amenities, and other common areas.
• Ensuring compliance with company and community operating and safety policies, as well as federal, state, and local laws.
• Walking the grounds and delivering notices to all apartments as needed.
• Assisting in preventative maintenance tasks, such as HVAC filter changes, storm drain and sewer clean out, and checking mechanical systems.
• Assisting with landscaping for the community.

Qualifications: We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

1. At least one year of experience in the field.
2. A willingness to deliver excellent customer service as a crucial part of the community team, providing a high-quality living environment.
3. Ability to pass a criminal background check.
