Position: Automotive Technician

Johnson City Acura Mazda and Used Cars, a leading automobile dealership in Johnson City, TN, is seeking a skilled and dedicated Automotive Technician to join our team. This role is essential for providing high-quality maintenance and repair services for our new and used Acura and Mazda vehicles, as well as a wide range of other used car brands. Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, braking, air conditioning, etc.
• Perform routine vehicle maintenance and manufacturer-recommended services.
• Use diagnostic tools to accurately identify automotive problems.
• Communicate effectively with service advisors and parts department to ensure timely completion of work.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment in accordance with industry standards and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Automotive Technician; experience with Acura and Mazda vehicles is a plus.
• Strong understanding of automotive technology and diagnostic tools.
• Ability to work efficiently and troubleshoot complex issues.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• ASE certification preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical certification in automotive repair is a plus.
