Casanova Roofing is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Sales department as an Appointment Setter (Outside Roofing Sales). This is a full-time position responsible for canvassing local neighborhoods to meet homeowners with faulty roofs and offering them a free inspection and consultation to replace their roof at zero cost out of pocket. The successful candidate will schedule appointments with interested homeowners for our seasoned consultants to conduct the inspection and consultation.

Requirements

• No certifications, licensing, or degrees are necessary to qualify for the role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (bilingual is a plus!)
• Flexible availability for full-time work (40 Hours a week)
• Valid driver's license and reliable, personal transportation.
• Ability to be on your feet for hours at a time.
• Ability to meet with cold homeowner leads at their doorstep daily.
• Complete applicable classroom and field training (canvassing with experienced Salespeople)
