We are on the lookout for a passionate and dynamic Human Resource Business Partner to join our team. This individual will be instrumental in bridging the gap between our strategic objectives and our talented workforce. The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will serve as a consultant to management on human resources-related issues. The successful HRBP will act as an employee champion and change agent, assessing and anticipating HR-related needs. Communicating needs proactively with our HR department and business management, the HRBP seeks to develop integrated solutions. The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflect the business objectives of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Partnership: Work closely with senior and line management to develop HR strategies and solutions that support the business objectives.
  • Employee Relations: Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations when needed.
  • Change Management: Support and guide departments through organizational changes and development.
  • Performance Management: Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
  • HR Program/Policy Development: Identify and drive the sharing and implementation of best practices. Develop and nurture partnerships through HR to bridge the divide between management and employees.
  • Talent Development: Assess training needs and conduct 1:1 and/or group training sessions as appropriate.
  • Recruitment and Workforce Planning: Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure a clear understanding of the organization's hiring needs and job specifications. Assist with workforce planning and provide insight into labor market trends.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Provide guidance on compensation, benefits, and bonus programs.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
To be a qualified candidate you must have the following:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Manager, or similar role.

  • Excellent people management skills and ability to engage with employees at all levels.
  • Analytical and goal-oriented, with a deep understanding of HR metrics and data analysis.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bi-lingual - Mandarin and English is a must have
