Lube Technician/Mechanic Helper Trainee

The role of this position will develop into a full time line technician position based on the pace and performance of the individual while meeting the high demand of service work in the local market due to growth from new industry and exploding population in our area. Al Willeford Chevrolet is a company that promotes longevity through a quality work life balance but is in a growing and busy area that also ensures a lot of work to earn a better than average income.
This role is critical to the organization to develop technicians to meet the demand due to the growth in the market area we service.
Responsibilities:* In this role you will be responsible for driving customer vehicles on and off lifts, changing oil and filters, performing multipoint inspections on a day to day basis as well as shadowing and assisting line technicians as needed while gaining experience with hands on training.
Qualifications:* The ideal candidate for this role will have 1plus years experience as a lube technician or mechanics helper but we will train the right mechanically minded candidate.
