Machine Operator

As a rapidly growing startup, we are seeking a dedicated Machine Operator for the Shortsville, NY Facility.

Purpose:

Material Operators are responsible for safely performing various tasks that assists with the construction of specialized pallets. Specifically, moving material to optimize production at the assembly line and coating booth.

Essential Job Functions:

• Performs various physical duties as assigned
• Maintain all safety standards
• Moves, secures, installs, builds, loads and unloads materials
• Effectively use equipment, depending on assignment
• Clean job sites and work areas

Position Requirements:

Must have a positive & friendly attitude

Minimum High School diploma or equivalent

Able to proficiently speak, read and write in English

Able to receive, follow instructions, and communicate with co-workers

Must have some mechanical aptitude

Able to do repetitive movements such as bend & lift

Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Able to work in all types of weather; including extreme conditions at times

Must be dependable

Forklift certified preferred, but not mandatory
