DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide reception coverage at the front desk of BRC's Human Resources offices. This includes handling incoming phone calls, greeting and announcing visitors, and directing and instructing applicants. Set magnetic doors to ensure security of HR Offices. Prepare and issue ID badges and troubleshoot ID badge system. Assist with in-person and remote new employee orientations . Ensure copier and fax machine are operating and arrange for service when needed. Provide administrative support to Human Resources department: Assist staff in completing HR forms (direct deposit, change of address, tax forms, etc). Prepare and manage program and contact information sheets. Process incoming and outgoing mail. Assist with maintaining inventory and ordering supplies. Provide support with various projects and related duties as assigned.

HOURS:

Full-time, 37.5 hours per week

  • Monday Friday, 9:00am 5:30pm

QUALIFICATIONS:

High School diploma /GED required. Administrative experience in an office environment. Some college credits preferred. Good verbal and written communication skills required. Microsoft Office proficiency.
