Maintenance Technician

We're looking for a confident, self-motivated, and active full-time maintenance technician for our manufactured home community. This team member will be trusted with tasks that assist in maintaining the pristine condition of our community. $19 hourly

• General maintenance and community upkeep
• Landscaping, mowing, trimming
• Light HVAC
• Light electrical and plumbing
• Light painting and carpentry
• Maintenance of rental units
• Equipment maintenance and inspections with monthly reporting
• On-call for emergencies
• Ability to lift and carry more than 50 lbs.

• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
• High school diploma or equivalent
• A minimum of 2 years of property maintenance experience required
• Valid driver's license with no major violations
• Knowledge of proper use of power and hand tools
• Knowledge of proper use of and experience with lawn care and landscaping equipment
• Basic plumbing and electrical experience/knowledge required
• CPO License and swimming pool experience
• Knowledge of dispensing propane
• Ability to accomplish tasks with minimal supervision
• Must pass a thorough background check, including criminal
