JOB DUTIES
- Responding to emergency and non-emergency service requests.
- Conducting property inspections and/or participating on an inspection team.
- Maintaining the mechanical, electrical, and the cleanliness of the building and grounds.
- General repairs including but not limited to the repair of drywall, paint, and ceilings.
- Efficient turnover of vacant apartments for new residents
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- Previous multifamily apartment maintenance experience or skill skills in one or more of the following areas: Painting, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and carpentry.
- The ability to participate in emergency on-call service rotation and snow removal.
- A positive attitude, strong communication and organizational skills.
- A valid Driver's License.
- Access to a reliable vehicle.
- A pre-employment background check is required.
- Must live within 30 minutes of Providence, RI.
- Bending, lifting (approx 60lbs. Max), Walking, Traveling. Able to walk on and visually inspect roof tops and roof facilities as needed.
