Southwest Accessory Group, a leader in O.E accessories distribution is growing. We are looking for a full time accessory install expert in our Custom Koncepts accessory installation facility.

Responsibilities

  • The primary responsibility of accessory installers is to install accessories in a careful, safe, and conscientious manner, incorporating safety, customer service, and detail into every install job.
  • Install car, and truck accessories which include, but are not limited to: toolboxes, grille guards, step bars, lift kits, leveling kits, horns, vent visors, trailer hitches, bed covers, bed liners, front-end replacements, and emergency lighting
  • While performing these installations, the Installer should have a great work ethic, verbal communication skills, and pay great attention to detail.
  • Accuracy is essential to performing this job.
  • Call the Manufacturer when needed to understand how to install product.
  • Treat customers cars/trucks with care and respect

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of previous installer experience 
  • A-level qualifications, including Diagnostic, Electrical and Engine Repair
  • Broad knowledge of new vehicle technologies
  • Ambitious, hardworking presence in a team environment
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality
  • Enjoy working in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively.
  • Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications.
  • Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
  • Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
