If so, we have an exciting opportunity as a Physician's Clerk working in Health Services Department at our Children Farm Home location in Corvallis, Oregon.

About the Opportunity:

Responsible for supporting and assisting Trillium Family Services physicians and nurses with administrative and organizational tasks. Support clients with facilitation of appointments with pediatric clinic and external provider services. Position navigates individual client insurance and maintains network of care providers for all agency contracted insurance carriers.

• 40/hours week; Monday - Friday 7:30am-4:00pm

About You:

• You are mission sensed, seeking meaningful work and career growth.
• Bachelor’s degree in health care administration, human services, mental health, medical field or a related field highly preferred
• 2 years’ experience in clinical or community resource settings; care coordination and/or case management; medical assistant.
• Understanding of medical terminology as related to mental health, knowledge of computer systems and scheduling.
• Interpersonal customer service skills; computer skills; word processing and data entry; understanding of basic health care skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Experience working with an electronic health record preferred.
