SUMMARY of Duties

The Housekeeper/Laundry is responsible for managing all aspects of resident laundry, cleaning all of the resident apartments, public areas and work areas within the guidelines, policies and procedures of the property, and as may be directed by the Executive Director and/or Building Services Director.

Work Experience Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping experience preferred
• Previous Senior Living Community experience preferred

Educational Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or equivalent) preferred
• Ability to speak and read English
• Ability to complete online training modules with testing each month
• Must pass pre employment drug screen and background check
•
