SEEKING IMMEDIATELY!
Full-time or Part-time Property Maintenance Technician for Commercial Properties in Johnson City, TN.

Seeking candidate who has good skills in multiple areas to start immediately!

Proficiency/experience in HVAC maintenance, plumbing, painting and general maintenance with some carpentry skills is required. Light construction including demolition may also be required. HVAC certifications a plus! Groundskeeping maintenance including mulching, spraying, pressure washing, debris blowing & light lawn work is also required. Some training provided.

Job Duties - Repairs, maintenance and light construction of commercial tenant spaces including:
  • HVAC maintenance such as filter changes, coil cleaning and repair evaluation
  • Light electrical
  • Light plumbing
  • Some carpentry
  • Painting
  • Landscaping
  • Demolition
Desired Qualities:
  • Strong desire to do any job right and in a timely manner and learn new skills within a growing company
  • Be able to follow directions and be able to work as part of a team or individually to accomplish tasks
  • Have good communication skills and have a friendly attitude in dealing with professional tenants and contractors
Requirements:
  • Reliable transportation to/from work
  • Valid driver's license with good driving record
  • Must pass a criminal background check
  • Must have acceptable personal hand tools or everyday use - larger tools are provided
  • Must work Monday - Friday day-time hours 9am-5pm or 8am-4pm with some after-hours/weekend on-call requirements
