Responsibilities:

  • Audit Leadership: Lead and execute audit engagements, overseeing the process from planning to completion while ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards.
  • Analytical Review: Review client financial statements, internal controls, and accounting systems to identify potential audit issues and areas for improvement.
  • Client Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with clients, providing proactive communication and addressing their concerns in a timely manner.
  • Team Development: Supervise and mentor junior audit staff, offering guidance, training, and feedback to support their professional growth.
  • Risk Management: Conduct risk assessments and develop audit procedures to address identified risks, ensuring comprehensive coverage of key audit areas.
  • Must-Have:

Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; CPA certification preferred.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of audit experience in a public accounting firm, with a focus on financial statement audits.

Technical Skills: Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and auditing standards (GAAS).
