Audi Master Technician

JOB SUMMARY

The Audi Master Technician at Mills Auto Group is an experienced, professional technician responsible for providing the highest quality of automotive service and advanced diagnostic analysis on Audi vehicles. The position requires the ability to interpret manufacturer repair information and specifications and apply them to customer vehicles. This individual will be self-motivated and possess the knowledge and ability to properly diagnose and properly repair a variety of Audi vehicles. This is a full-time position based in Hampton, Virginia.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Diagnose, repair, and adjust all models of Audi vehicles including hybrid models
• Utilize advanced diagnostic equipment and test tools, including electrical and specialized electronic diagnostic tools
• Develop and maintain working knowledge of all models of Audi vehicles
• Perform all necessary repairs according to diagnostic and customer requests
• Maintain a thorough understanding and consistent practice of safety standards in the shop
• Keep accurate and up-to-date records of work performed
• Identify additional customer vehicle service or repair needs and sell additional services
• Foster positive customer relations, build customer loyalty, and handle customer inquiries and concerns

REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years of Audi/ VW dealership experience or equivalent
• Master Certifications in Audi/VW 
• Ability to use and demonstrate proficiency in diagnostic scan tools
• Comprehensive knowledge on advanced automotive systems, including hybrids
• Must possess a valid driver’s license
