Maintenance Technician
Cairo, GA | Temp to Perm | $11.00 - $12.00 / Hour
We are looking to hire a hard-working maintenance technician to fix maintenance issues in an apartment complex. To ensure success you need to prioritize tasks and take pride in your work. You should be energetic, upstanding and dexterous.
Responsibilities
- Maintain landscape of the apartment grounds
- Inspect yards and parking areas
- Make needed repairs and report them to management
- Handle apartment maintenance as requested by tenants
Experience and Education
- High School Diploma or GED
- 5+ years of construction and maintenance experience 2+ years
Requirements
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to lift and move 50 pounds
- Basic knowledge of painting, plumbing, and electrical work
- Ability to bend, stoop, and reach
- Have a clean drug screen and clean background
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Great time management skills
Location: Cairo, Georgia
Pay Rate: $11.00 - $12.00 / Hour
Schedule: Monday – Thursday 7:00AM – 4:30PM, Friday 7:00AM – 11:00AM
