Knapheide Installation Center in West Quincy (Taylor, MO) is looking to hire a full-time 3rd shift Team Leader in the Paint/Prep department to delegate, coordinate, and execute the production of custom-built work truck bodies and equipment. This full-time position works Monday - Thursday from 7:30 PM - 6:00 AM; overtime as needed or required.

DAY-TO-DAY AS A TEAM LEADER

In this fast-paced role, you'll provide guidance, instruction, and support to team members, ensuring best practices are being followed throughout the facility. You'll conduct regular safety talks, and report all accidents/incidents, conduct investigations, and act on recommendations. You'll develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency without compromising safety or quality. You'll work directly with sales team members to set priorities, resolve issues, and communicate build status. To be a successful Team Leader, you will need excellent communication skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize job duties.
