Summary/Objective:
The Shift Leader is trained to perform all duties performed by the crew members, with additional responsibility for leading in the absence of the GM and AGM, ensuring that every aspect and detail of the shift runs smoothly. To be successful as a shift leader, you should be able to supervise/lead a team of people and ensure that all duties are performed accurately.
