Summary of the position:
As a physical therapist, you will diagnose and treat patients who have health conditions that limit their ability to move and perform everyday activities. The patients can be either inpatient, outpatient, or nursing home and the treatment plan will be dependent on the needs of the patient. The Physical Therapist will work in conjunction with the provider to develop a treatment plan to best meet the patient's needs. The Physical Therapist will abide by all regulatory requirements from the hospital, clinic, and nursing home. The Physical Therapist is expected to work both independently and also collaborate with the care team as needed.
