CDL A Driver

Job Title: CDL A Hazmat Driver

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced CDL A Hazmat Driver to join our team. As a CDL A Hazmat Driver, you will be responsible for transporting hazardous materials safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

- Operate a commercial motor vehicle in compliance with all DOT, EPA, and other government regulations

- Safely transport hazardous materials from one location to another

- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle and equipment

- Follow company policies and procedures regarding safety, security, and scheduled delivery times

- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, vehicle inspections, and other required documentation

- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and other team members

- Ensure that all hazardous materials are transported in accordance with state and federal regulations

Requirements:

- Valid CDL A license with Hazmat endorsement

- Minimum of 2 years of experience transporting hazardous materials

- Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check and drug screen

- Strong understanding of DOT regulations and safety procedures

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Ability to work independently and make decisions on the road

- Willingness to work flexible hours and weekends as needed
