Our client, located in Middlebury (just over the State line), is a family owned company with a strong commitment to service, stability, quality and reliability. Our client is a premier metal service center specializing in aluminum products and aluminum coil processing. Due to unprecedented growth we are now hiring for skid builders on 1st shift.
General Factory Worker Job Summary:
- 1st Shift - 5am - 1:30pm
- Monday thru Friday plus Saturdays as needed
- Must be available to work overtime as needed
- $17/hr
- Long-term, non-seasonal employment with opportunity for career growth
- Duties may include material handling (forklift and/or crane), packaging, machine operation, skid building, cleaning, and other duties common to industrial settings
General Factory Worker Qualifications:
- Must be able to work independently, as well as part of a team
- Basic mathematical skills
- Precious forklift experience required
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds continuously throughout the shift
- Must be able to stand on your feet for up to 10 hours a day
- Possess a great attitude and excellent attendance
