Warehouse Packer
Temp to perm
Shift: 2nd shift 12:00pm-8:00pm Monday-Friday (Overtime after 8 regular hours worked)
SUMMARY: Responsibility is to help with building and packaging of crates. Preparing them for shipping.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Building of small to large crates for custom product shipping.
- Packaging of small to large scanning Machines used in airports and or government applications.
- Loading and unloading trucks
- Examining and inspecting orders to make sure specifications are met Qualifications
- Ability to work independently on crate shipment and build to spec protective crating for the product being shipped.
- Keeping the warehouse in order and clean at all times
- Putting away materials and tools in their proper place
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Must be able to perform physical tasks
- Must be able to bend, sit, stand for long periods of time, lift materials properly up to 50lbs
- Must have attention to detail and organizational skills
- Must be able to work overtime and weekends if needed
Must be able to pass background clearance prior to starting employment
Pay Rate: 17.50 per hourly
