  • Dealership Experience is a PLUS and or Warranty Administrator is a PLUS.

Job Description:

  • Processes warranty claims on a timely basis.
  • Processes all warranty paperwork to ensure proper documentation.
  • Verifies criteria required by manufacture.
  • Reconciles all warranty receivables with payment through the appropriate accounting schedule(s).
  • Post credits through dealership's data computer system.
  • Resubmits all rejected claims promptly or receives authorization for management to write them off.
  • Follows up on payment of outstanding claims.
  • Proper archiving of service records.
  • Keeps informed of Factory recalls, Bulletins and Procedural changes.
  • Maintains a professional appearance and a neat work area.
  • Completes Dealership and Manufacturers training standards as required.
  • Assists in booking repair orders as needed.
