redbox+ Dumpsters of the Suncoast is seeking a sales oriented roll-off truck driver for this hybrid position. To be successful, the candidate will have at least two years of clean CDL Class A or B driving experience, a strong sales acumen, and a commitment to customer satisfaction. This is a remote-flexible role that doesn't require you be in the office and allows you to work from the field.

Responsibilities:
- Operate roll-off trucks to deliver and pick up dumpsters according to assigned routes and schedules.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and drive revenue growth.
- Pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and building relationships with potential customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, addressing their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring prompt and courteous interactions with clients during delivery and pickup.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, pickups, and any required paperwork, such as logbooks and inspection reports, pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the waste management, construction, or related industries.
- Ability to lead and motivate sales team to achieve lead generation, appointment setting, and pipeline tracking targets.
- Valid CDL Class A or B driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Demonstrated ability to operate CDL Class A or B roll-off trucks safely and efficiently.
