CL A Drivers 6 Mos Exp Run Regional Intermodal-Run 5 Off 2-$94-$110K/Yr

Class A Drivers with 6 Months experience needed for Intermodal position that is home weekly for two days. Drivers can either work Thursday-Monday (off Tue & Weds) or Fri-Tues (off Weds and Thur). Drivers can pick start time but must remain consistent – can not change day to day

For first three months drivers average $1650/WK with annual average of $94,000-$110,000.

75% of the pay is mileage (starting at .68CPM going up .73CPM with penny a year raise)

25% is based on stop pay with $65/Live Unload and $35/Drop n Hook. Approximately 80% is drop and hook and 20% live unload

Hazmat endorsement is OPTIONAL but if you get it will be eligible for more runs and company will reimburse for expense.

Average drivers run 1900 MPW with exceptional drivers running 2400MPW

Drivers that live within 30 miles of terminal must park at terminal otherwise drivers can take the truck home during home time. There is a chance drivers will get through the house during the week for 10 hours but that is not a guarantee and most drivers DO NOT get through the house during the week

Drivers are NOT required to work holidays but days around holiday first come first serve and holiday pay is $190/Day after one year of service.

Drivers earn 7 days of of PTO in first 12 months, 10 days of PTO for years 1+-5, 5+ years 15 days PTO and 20 days PTO after 20 years

Will run IA, IL , MN and WI

Must live within:

100 Miles of Davenport IA or

65 Miles of Bloomington IL or

50 Miles of Waterloo IA

Requirements:

Drivers must have six months verifiable Class A driving experience. Please understand if part of that time is running as a team that will count toward your time.

Requirements:

- No more than 3 moving violations or incidents in the last three years’

- No major preventable accidents in the last 3 years (major accident defined as over $25K in damage) with no more than one highway accident during those three year

- Can not have reckless/careless, rear end or rollover in last three years
