Eat. Sleep. Fix It. Repeat: Our Facilities and Maintenance Technician works full-time, Monday-Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm to keep things running smoothly and safely. We take great pride in hiring employees for this position who can handle the hard work, take initiative, identify potential issues, and work great with other employees and vendors.

A Day in the Life

• Arrive to the warehouse on time and ready to work
• Perform maintenance and repair of the building, equipment and machines
• Meet with contractors to estimate repairs, cost and schedules
• Perform daily safety and security checks throughout the facility
• Order and stock first aid supplies
• Perform lawn care and snow removal on property

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred
• 18 years of age or older
• Three or more years' general maintenance experience preferred
• Ability to problem solve and make decisions quickly and efficiently while remaining calm and professional
• Ability to assess and resolve repair and maintenance issues, including the ability to operate a variety of hand tools
• Ability to coordinate processes and work well with various departments
• Self-starter with a high productivity level
