A day in the life of an Inspector/Packer involves a keen eye for detecting flaws in plastic parts, ensuring they meet stringent quality standards before they're packaged and sent worldwide. Your role is crucial in maintaining our reputation for excellence, as you sort, package, assemble, and test products, contributing to the seamless operation of our production line.
We Offer this position Inspector/Packer:
  • Competitive pay starting at $15.00/hour, with potential up to $18.00/hour based on experience and shift alignment.
  • Full-time work across all shifts: 7am-3:15pm, 3pm-11:15pm, 11pm-7:15am, offering flexibility to fit your lifestyle.
  • A $100 bonus for every friend you refer to us, plus an additional $25 bonus for your referral to WSI. Weekly pay, and the opportunity to be hired permanently, rewarding good attendance, attitude, and performance.
Qualifications for this role include:
  • A sharp eye for detail and a preference for engaging in detailed processes.
  • Understanding and valuing the necessity of a safe and clean work environment.
  • Must Be Able to Speak, Write, and Read basic English.
  • Effective communication skills with co-workers and management.
  • Dependable transportation and the ability to maintain punctual attendance.
  • Ability to pass a THC-friendly drug screen and background check.
  • Possession of a high school diploma or GED.
