Team Leader - Full-time / Part-time

Our client is seeking a team to join their team. The ideal candidate will have prior manufacturing experience, great attendance and is a team player which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Team Lead (EXPERIENCE REQUIRED)

Location: Swannanoa, North Carolina

Pay Range: $18-$20 an hour 

What’s the Job?

• Maintain a safe work area and observe all company safety regulations and procedures, including wearing all required personal protective equipment; report any safety issue to appropriate personnel.
• Coordinates training for the team members ensuring that they have the necessary training to adhere to quality and performance guidelines.
• Alert team members to any special conditions or requirements associated with meeting customer's commitments. 
• Review the weekly schedule with the team and create a plan to ensure the schedule is met. Reports any obstacles or inability to the Supervisor, Manager, or Director of Operations.

What’s Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior team lead or supervisor experience required
• Computer and mechanical experience required
• Effective communication skills including legibility
