Essential Qualifications:  The following qualifications are essential for success in this role: Demonstrate a genuine desire to provide exceptional service, going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Enthusiastically create fresh and delightful displays to cater to our customers sweet cravings. Cultivate a harmonious work environment by actively contributing to the bakery team, supporting one another in stocking and maintaining displays. Communicate seamlessly with customers, associates, and management, enhancing collaboration and ensuring smooth operations. Regularly monitor bakery displays to ensure products are visually appealing and properly stocked, replenishing items as needed. Previous experience in customer service/ retail experience is preferred. Proficient in English, with additional proficiency in Spanish considered a valuable asset. Must be at least 18 years old. Non-slip shoes are mandatory for a safe working environment (please note that company does not provide). Legal authorization to work in the United States. Reliable transportation is a must. Proficiency Standards: Endurance for Customer Service: Ability to stand for extended periods, ensuring consistent service throughout bakery operations.    Leadership in Treat Collaboration: Set a standard of excellence in bakery selection, inspiring innovative approaches to display and presentation, fostering an enticing atmosphere for our atmosphere. Lifting Capability: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, ensuring smooth handling of bakery items and accessories with ease and safety.  Keen Observation: Maintain sharp observation skills to refine the presentation of bakery selections, ensuring they meet the highest standards of freshness and appeal.
